Job Summary:

As the Lead of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting, engaging, and contributing to retaining top talent. You will lead our talent acquisition strategy, oversee recruitment efforts across various functions and levels, and champion initiatives to enhance our employer brand. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry's talent landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and other talent acquisition professionals to ensure alignment with best practices and high-performance standards.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify current and future talent needs, anticipate skill gaps, and develop proactive recruitment plans.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, to attract top-tier candidates across various roles and levels.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners to understand hiring requirements and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

- Implement innovative sourcing techniques and leverage industry networks to attract passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.

- Continuously assess and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruitment effectiveness.

- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment outcomes.

- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice, both internally and externally.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

- Build Process and workflow to enhance performance and productivity

- Design content relevant to how to conduct interviews and work enhance success through panel interviews

- Collaborate with the People Function team on various succession planning initiatives

- Structure and execute continuous campus hiring

- Design and manage hiring strategies and referral programs

- Design and track metrics for Stakeholder Reporting and MIS

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a must. Master's degree preferred.

- Engineering Degree in Mechanical or E& E or related streams or BCA /MCA/BSc/MSc is desirable

- 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and with a minimum of atleast 18 months of search within the automotive industry, semi-conductor or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and organizational objectives.

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data, identify insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.

- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
