Lead - Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership positions within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure the recruitment of top-tier executives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leadership hiring or executive search, preferably in a managerial capacity.
