Lead - TA Strategy
Location - BKC Mumbai
About the Role:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support Talent Acquisition strategies by serving as partner & act as an in-house advocate for recruitment-focused strategies
- Manage our careers website and various sourcing channel including developing, engaging and designing inclusive content
- Assess all current recruiting channels including employee referral, social media, career site, job postings, job boards, sourcing initiatives, talent content marketing and early career programs and/or platforms and recommend improvements to elevate performance
- Eye for detail and ability to quickly learn brand guidelines
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Principal Accountabilities:
- Collaborating with Senior TA Leaders & recruiters and identify opportunities to be part of strategies
- Design and optimize our recruitment marketing strategies to drive awareness and positively position our Bank as an employer of choice
- Generate and publish ideas relevant across business verticals and implement that fits within parameters of the Banks overall TA strategy
- Serve as brand ambassador for our organization by promoting our values and our position in the market as an employer of choice.
- Scope various job sites/social media for developing plans basis recruiters business requirement.
- Conduct health check of existing strategies, set success benchmarks and suggest improvements
- Understand best industry practice and recommend suggests to senior TA Leadership
Qualifications
- Five or more years' experience that includes full lifecycle recruiting, sourcing, college recruiting, diversity, and/or managing a variety of recruiting programs
- Experience in organizing recruitment campaigns, programs, and events from strategy to execution that creates awareness and early careers
- Ability to take a data-driven approach to make recommendations and influence decision-making
- Experience in marketing, talent branding or equivalent
- Excellent presentation skills
