Lead - Supply Chain & Operations - FMCG

We are looking for Lead - SCM & Operations for an FMCG brand based in Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sets in overall supply chain activities. Specialization in Strategic and advance planning skills would get preferred.

- Excellent judgment/decision making, conflict resolution, leadership and motivational skills.

- Able to work in an independent environment and a team player.

- Sound Knowledge of Order to Cash cycle and ability to work well with sales teams to achieve sales targets.

- Team player and ability to adapt & learn

- Advanced analytical skills

- Expertise in MS office especially in Excel, Visio and Access.

Skills Preferred:

- Post Graduate and Diploma in Supply Chain Management

- 15 years minimum in similar role with leading organization

- Over 5 years experience in SAP ECC (MM & SD) & APO (DP & SNP)module.
