Lead - Supply Chain Management - Mfg/Infra

Position: SCM Lead - Category 1

Reporting to: Head-SCM

Qualification: BE (Civil/Mechanical)

Experience: 20-25 yrs

Location - Hyderabad

Job responsibilities - Lead Category 1

1. Lead Category-1: Purchase of Bulk Commodities in excess of INR 1000 Cr per year (includes Steel, Cement, Fabricated Structures and RMC etc.)

2. To identify strategies/ aggregate bulk commodities for purchase as per Master Purchase Agreements / Guidelines / Rate Contracts and achieve targeted savings.

3. To guide teams for various purchases as per indents and get involved in final negotiations.

4. To monitor progress w.r.t. supplies at all sites (more than 70 sites) and drive management of working capital.

5. To strengthen relationship with suppliers and develop new suppliers.

6. To review and guide teams for resolution of issues w.r.t. expediting of supplies, on a day to day basis.

7. To build a robust team for handling transactions and support revenue targets by supplying material as required.

8. To drive implementation of existing supply chain processes and re visit as required.

9. To collaborate with senior leadership team to understand - big picture-

10. To act as mentor for team and drive productivity

11. To liaise with SBUs & Projects for Project Progress.
