Lead - Supply Chain - FMCG

- Planning responsibilities include Material Planning, Supply Planning and Demand Planning with below deliverables Maximize fill rates across channels

- Inventory management - Norm definition & compliance | Forecast accuracy | Capacity Planning |Minimize SLOB

- Agile and reliable planning & execution to meet dynamic market demand

- Identity and drive improvement projects

- Governance/ Process compliance - SNOP, Order Management, Data Accuracy & Visibility and Commercial Hygiene

- Optimization of Supply Chain costs.

- Develop short and mid-term supply chain strategies basis on-going changes in Demand and Supply scenarios to ensure capacity availability and fill rates at optimal costs.

- NPD Launch Risk Management: Risk assessment and mitigation for Faster turnaround of NPD projects

FTR Quality

- Production compliance & control material ordering to avoid write off

- Eliminate surprises for predictable & excellent execution

- Facilitate decision making

- Anchor innovation process

- Collate relevant info & analysis for Leadership for decision making

- NPD process improvement and compliance

- Sound understanding of FMCG Supply value chain and Sales Operations- MRP, Inventory, Planning, SLOB , SNOP

- Project management knowledge

- Strong analytical skills with eye for details

- Ability to deal with ambiguity, anticipate and mitigate risks and drive change

- Talent Management: Anticipate skill /competency gaps , including team structure, and mitigate thro actionable plans

Qualification & Experience:

- Engineer with MBA

- Working in supply chain function in leading FMCG companies. Experience in MNCs preferred.
