Lead - Supply Chain Analytics & Business Support - SAP

Purpose of the Job:

- The purpose of this position is to act as a SME for all Supply Chain Systems and Applications specializing in SAP MM and SD Modules.

- This role will drive all analytics projects involving design, development, testing and rollout of solutions towards supply chain excellence and reporting using various strategies like data analytics, digitalization, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and transform new business improvement IT projects as in Supply Chain Domain (WMS/IBP/TMS etc) and infrastructure

- Person will be responsible for reviewing, analysing, planning, developing, testing, documenting, and implementing changes.

- Enhancement and introduction of new Supply Chain related processes and technologies

- Work with IT Team and Consultants to arrive at the best fit solution

- Person will also provide support in SAP and non-SAP functional area support excellence by performing day-to-day issue resolution for Supply Chain Function

- Internal IT Team

- Logistics and Supply Chain Teams

- Factory Supply Chain Managers

- Procurement Leads for the vertical

Competencies:

- SAP MM and SD Module Expertise

- Knowledge and detailed Understanding in Warehousing, transportation, Inventory planning Distribution Operations

- Experience with data analytics - advanced excel skills

- Good analytical ability

- Incumbent should possess best digital project management skills and offers suggestions for improvement opportunities.

- Experience in utilizing data mining tools

- Experience working in a collaborative environment and cross- functional team management

- Ability to Influence Peers/Seniors/Cross Functional teams

- Good Interpersonal Skills and Able negotiator as single source

Experience - Min 6-7 years of experience in a SCM CoE / Functional Consultant/ Operations Lead role

Education: B.E/ B. Tech, MBA
