STUDIO PRODUCTIONN LEAD | US/UK | PUNE |LEAD| - Our Client is one of the largest insurance broking company in the world with global presence. - We are looking for a Studio production lead who is open to work with both domestic and international clients. Responsibilities: - Traffic and resource manager for projects coming into the Central Studio, including Art Express, quality control and final releases, identifying skillsets for proper resource alignment, liasing with other Art project managers/production managers to assess project requests and needs, and identifying conflicts or additional resourcing needs as they arise and communicating these to Art Central Studio stakeholders. - Works closely with London and Chicago-based Studio Production Managers on resource availability, project coordination and other communication points to ensure the Central Studio team works as a seamless unit on projects, regardless of time-zone or team, to deliver assets on time and within brand and client expectations. - Oversight of quality control and processes to maximize efficiency of Central Studio and providing an environment conducive to error-free deliverables. - Liasing with project managers and Art Department staff to better understand specific business and project needs to ensure proper deliverables and timing of Art Express projects. - Communicating relevant project timelines, goals, and expectations to Central Studio team and Art stakeholders, and ensuring these expectations are met. - Communicates and oversees roll out of workflow updates/exceptions to the Central Studio and ensures the team adheres to all processes in place. - Identify bottlenecks, potential utilization problems and general workflow / resourcing issues within the Central Studio and communicates those to Art Central Studio stakeholders.
