Job Description :

- Responsible for working with the board of directors & CXO's in Setting long-term & short term vision and drive strategy across all business verticals.

- Leading & ownership of launching new products & business verticals in domestic as well as export market

- Creating strategies for external partnerships - mergers, acquisitions and JV's

- Leading & coordinating internal audit across all functions through external agencies

- Setting Key Performance Metrics, quarterly performance targets for all regions & departments & monitoring them

- Leading Dashboards/MIS implementation project

- Identification of right ERP partners & implementation of the same & new technology related initiatives

- Creating & improving SOP's & processes across all departments such as production, planning, HR, sales, marketing, R&D, design, quality etc.

- Reporting directly to the CMD and representing the CMD on new initiatives.

Job Specification & Skills-

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to lead virtual teams and work cross-function

- Track record of advising senior leaders on wide range of business issues

- B Tech Graduate having 1-3 year of Experience in a Business Excellence Role.

- Strong in Strategic Planning and Problem Solving

- Excellent Communications Skill Written & Verbal

should be engineer (preferred mechanical but not necessary)

MBA or similar degree preferred but not mandatory

some manufacturing company work experience is mandatory- forging experience preferable not mandatory
