Lead - Strategy & Planning - Conglomerate Group - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Hiring for Lead Strategy position for a large conglomerate group.

Education : Top IIMs, ISB, FMS, XLRI etc.

Work Exp : MBB, Big4, or Corporate Strategy in Large Corporates

- Long term strategy development in low margin industries.

- Identify emerging opportunities to develop recommendations for product portfolio.

- Work with BU Heads to develop case for each recommendation.

- Monitor, analyse and benchmark industry trends.

- Develop revenue enhancement initiatives

- Manage performance of teams and ensuring business objectives are met.

- Formulate and implement the corporate business strategy, in order to attain market leadership through growth in market share and improve customer experience.

Competencies :

- Ability to structure and conduct complex analysis

- Strong skills in Excel, and data analytics

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work with cross functional teams
