- As a Global Graduate at SKF you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of industries, business functions and applications. Role Description - Lead - Strategy, Industrial Market, India

As a Strategy lead, you will work closely with the IM leadership team to review the business' current strategy and goals and to identify potential strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. You will participate in the planning/forecasting process, develop KPIs for business performance and facilitate resource planning and goal setting. You will be involved in projects towards and/or together with our Business Area. Tasks will span from operational to strategic focus areas.

Requirements:

- MBA in Marketing / Finance / Strategy with graduation in Engineering,

- Demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set and experience

- Maximum 2 years of working experience after Master's graduation

- Full professional working proficiency in English

- Strong networking skills, able to build trustful relations cross functions

- Impactful communication that creates synergies between plans and actions.

- Analytics and insights that support decision making.

- Creative thinking and problem solving with alternative solutions.

- Planning skills

Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the senior leaders in the planning and execution of the business agenda. Work with teams that implement, manage and assess the success of the plan.

- Analyze the data to see what is working well and what may be opportunities for improvement; use analytics for benchmarking initial results to measure market trends which aid in making financial and resource decisions.

- Participate in key projects that accelerate the performance and growth of Industrial.

Prerequisites:

- You will have completed your Master's degree before September 2024

- You are able to start September 1st, 2024 at the latest
