Strategy and Growth Lead
Our client is a US based accounting firm which is planning to grow by 2-3X in next 12- 18 months. Position is required to be based in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with India leadership team to develop India
growth strategy, road - map and strategic imperatives
- Engage with external organizations including but not limited to industry bodies, consultants, educational institutes; to develop a comprehensive market map.
- Help drive transparency and accountability of progress on the strategic imperatives through a robust measurement framework and a diligent reporting cadence.
- Take ownership and deliver some of 'must-win' strategic programs to help build a best in-class business.
- Consult with the leaders to help address some of the key challenges they face.
- Develop and establish a best-in-class framework that will help leaders make timely and accurate decisions on all forms of resources: headcount, locations, facility, and IT infrastructure needs.
- Help identify opportunities to improve India business profitability.

Skills:- Demonstrable experience of working with Senior leadership teams in developing and deploying strategic imperatives
- Six Sigma Black belt preferred
- Exposure to multiple industry sector
- Drive for results: You are self-starter and action-oriented with a sharp focus on achieving outcomes.
