Lead - Strategy - Consulting Firm - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Drive strategic initiatives for market & revenue expansion overseen by Founders & senior leaders within the organization!

- Build partnerships with market participation to enhance revenue streams.

- Liaison with external stakeholders to become subject matter expert in specific domains / products.

- Research, model, evaluate and plan go to market strategies for new initiatives.

- Work closely with various functional teams for driving process improvement, efficiency, and collaboration.

- Develop and enhance internal reports, monitoring mechanisms and planning!

- Facilitate effective decision making throughout the organization.

Skills :

1. Strong characteristics of ownership, collaboration, and excellence

2. Structured and analytical thinking

3. Basic understanding of capital market & debt products

4. Ability to dive deep into complex subject matter and create a business case.

5. Good verbal and written communication

Qualification :

1. People from top tier B schools with 2+ years of professional experience

2. Management consultants from top strategy consulting firms

3. Prior experience with financial services or startups would be favorable.
