They are currently looking to hire an strategic lead to be based out of Pune. Job Description Reporting into the MD, you will be responsible for: - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across functions - to formulate a long term strategy as well as assess what it takes to execute the strategy and align all teams towards achieving it. - Developing business plans, forecasting models and scenario analysis. Maintaining and communicating detailed reports to track performance against plan. - Examining strategic performance, spotting emerging business & product opportunities, identifying business threats/blockers, looking for novel strategic solutions and developing creative action plans. - Owning competitive intelligence - be the top expert in knowing what is happening in the business and the industry. - Leading pilots for the execution of some identified strategic bets and programs which tie into the overall strategy. - Supporting product & business teams in solving high impact problems/blockers. Ideally you are an engineer and have a MBA/PGDM degree with overall 10+ years of work experience and multiple exposure of working in automotive industry. You should have experience in M&A, Cost optimization, Geographical expansion, Due diligence in the current/previous roles that you have handled and can come from industries such as Automotive or Consulting.
