Job Description :

This role gives you broad exposure across functions and insight into the inner workings and decision-making at a growth-stage startup. It provides a 360-degree view of a new-age technology-driven business that Arthmate is pioneering.

- Work directly with the central leadership team to manage and execute various programs and strategic initiatives across the organization.

- Perform in-depth analysis and generate valuable insights, in order to tackle and solve critical business questions across the company.

- Work with the leadership teams across business units & functions to initiate and implement strategic initiatives.

- Analyse existing processes in the organization affecting operational efficiency, customer success and financial control. Identify and implement process & technology interventions for streamlining existing processes.

- Undertake special projects as required for driving business growth by developing and/or executing strategies in new geographies /segments or for enhancing customer success in existing business verticals/regions.

- Helping the management with regular business and department reviews as well as regular monitoring of the project/initiative

- Working closely with key influencers and decision makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth

- Own zero to one projects and new initiatives; from research and validation, to transitioning to functional ownership and scaleup

- Drive quarterly OKR planning and monitor them regularly through weekly reviews, investor updates and board meetings

Desired Candidate Profile (Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills) :

- MBA from Tier 1 Institute (preferably)

- 1 - 3 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, CEO office or Consulting 

- Very strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Strong business acumen, ability to develop and communicate a well-rounded business perspective

- Interest in the Indian startup ecosystem is a plus

- Exposure to statistics, analytics, SQL is a plus

- Experience in dash-boarding, visualization and descriptive analytics is good to have
