Lead - Strategy

Drive the definition & execution of the Company's strategy for effectively leveraging India as a hub of Talent and Innovation by designing/implementing strategy & transforming the Shared Services and Innovation captive in Pune (FTE's)

DETAILS:

- Running the Performance Mgmt., Continuous Improvement & Transition teams

- Devising strategic roadmap for offshore teams to align with broader enterprise and business strategies to deliver results.

- Developing offshore strategy aligning with enterprise strategy - defining High-Level Indicators and executing Operating plans.

- Lead end-to-end business and technology delivery - through business roadmap / establishing new roles and functions. Drive Organization Design, Operating Models and Agile Practices.

- Blueprinting IT strategy and technology roadmaps in alignment with business transformations and enterprising IT strategy to enable scalable growth of the organization, leading the IT team and its business partners in effective execution.

- To manage the governance of GCC activities around People, Budget, Location, Resiliency & GCC growth.

- To design the GBS strategy initiatives and program management digitalization track.

- Transforming the GCC data ecosystem, driving Data Culture, Maturity & to Devise KPIs, deploying dashboards and monitoring progress on key strategic projects
