Lead - Strategic Partnership - Institutional Segment - Payments Domain - BFSI

This role deals with establishing of digital partnerships and evaluated on its efficiency to effectively evaluate, negotiate to launch new partnerships among Institutional segments and to scout for strategic partnership leads among segments like PPI/Fintech /Financial Institutions for Sponsorship of various Banking services in the Payments domain so as to manage major co brand and payment partnerships.

- Identify, engage and secure strategic partnerships that drive business results and support the business strategy.

- Effectively deal with partnership constructs and close Commercials and other terms of contract including Commercial agreement, SOP

- Own & deliver Business targets for the given Institutional segments in terms of achieving fee income and float balance

- Drive Partnerships through Project/ Constancy mode and adhere to various Compliance and Regulatory norms

- Work Cross functionally within organisation and externally in market to support the business development

- Work in conjunction with Finance, legal an other teams to develop financial business case constructs and other key terms associated with partnerships.

- Ensure that all deals and business development is executed in accordance with policies, controls and business development procedures.

Qualifications :

- Graduate with MBA preferred.

- Minimum 5 years- experience across driving digital financial services with good knowledge of payment products

- Must have dealt in engaging partnerships or strategic development experience with god negotiating and contracting expertise.

- Ability to work independently and create goals and visions for delivery in ambiguous /new situations.

- Good communication skills with an ability to articulate and clearly define problem statements with a drive towards resolution.

- Proven exceptional relationship building skills inside and outside organization.
