- The lead for Strategic Initiatives will identify, prioritize, solve and own execution of business critical problems that may evolve over time. Some examples of such problem statements include - - Build operational capabilities to serve FMCG brands in 3P marketplace model without storing any inventory - Build capabilities to source, process and deliver part of a case in a 3P marketplace model - Build end to end solution for a marketplace with multiple sellers selling the same product, including operational tracking of items in forward and returns leg, front-end experience for the customer, seller scorecard and prioritization engine for the top seller and scale up strategy - Build capabilities for bringing ecommerce first FMCG brands to offline retail, that may include multiple offerings like distribution, offline marketing, online marketing solutions, strategic inputs into product and marketing strategy REQUIREMENTS : - We are looking for leaders at all levels who have the hunger to work with some of the smartest people, who are driven by a sense of purpose, and who wish to leave a legacy in their respective domains and among their professional fraternity. - We are not just building apps or tech platforms, but rather building distributed ecosystems connected through intelligent technology that can change the face of the food and grocery consumption pipelines in India, forever, for the better.
