Role summary: This role involves significant and proven end-to end experience in design, conceptualization and delivery of small HR projects. Must have managed multiple strategic HR projects/ initiatives SPOCs.

Job Location: RMZ Ecospace, Bellandur, Bangalore

Role Title: Lead-Strategic HR-

This role involves significant end-to end experience in design, conceptualization and delivery of small HR projects. The Lead role for the business has the responsibility to manage a team to drive implementation of multiple HR policies and strategic HR projects/programs within the organization post design and conceptualization to ensure the engagement and satisfaction of employees in the business / function.

Job Responsibilities

- Implementation of the communication framework

- Provide input for policy implementation

- Design and Implement employee engagement initiatives

- Help deploy the career planning objectives of the Unit

- Ensure deployment of suitable motivational and team building initiatives

- Implement specific initiatives based on ESAT /CSAT

- Ensure TNI adherence in the unit

HR Operations

- Handle exits and share exit analysis trends with managers/heads

- Partnering with Corp-HR in initiatives

- Implement policies and initiate new process

Skills:

- Mandatory:Proven ability to work on design, conceptualization, delivery (end-to-end) of small projects/programs.

- Should have managed multiple HR strategic initiatives.

Education and Experience:

- MBA (Full Time) in Human Resources from a reputed management institute

- 4 - 7 Years
