- Bring financial acumen to assess the impact of strategic initiatives on the client's business.

- Demonstrate the ability to craft and translate complex information, data, and strategies into captivating narratives for key stakeholders.

- In this role, the right mix of technical knowledge, business skills, and consumer orientation in the market is critical to the organization.

- Demonstrate strong presentation, delivery know-how, and documentation skills.

- Partner with client leadership to drive continuous improvement.

- Demonstrate familiarity with activation and media measurement techniques.

- Work independently and multitask efficiently.

- Exhibit healthy skepticism with what-if scenarios.

- Lead the translation of insights into strategies and tactics.

- Lead internal brainstorms and client workshops.

- Participate in new business pitches.
