Lead/Sr Manager - Piping Stress Analysis

Job Profile:

Handle the tasks of developing plans for conducting stress analysis of piping systems.

Issuing stress design procedures, specifications with criteria of analysis and design of pipe lines and pipe Supports based on general requirements and standards of the company and special requirements of the new projects

Establishing the critical (calculation pipe lines) from P& ID and line list, based on the criteria of pipe Material, size, design parameters, fluid type and delimitation by equipment's.

Stress analysis of jacketed piping systems and Column piping systems.

Conversant with calculation of PSV reaction forces, NEMA SM-23, API-610.

Establishing dynamic load cases like wind/seismic/safety valve reaction using static equivalent method for analysis.

Conversant in coding and use of various Expansion bellows, cold spring, Stanchion supports, variable and constant spring hanger supports.

Perform analysis of Nozzle loads/stress on vessels using Nozzle Pro and WRC 107/297.

Preparation of springs and Expansion Joints Specification.

Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) of Spring Hangers and Expansion joints.

Coordinating with Civil and Layout group for pipe rack design and pipe support activities. .

Design of Expansion loop, special pipe supports and steel support sketch.
