Role and Responsibilities

- You should have 3 to 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a high-growth start-up or a Recruitment firm.

- You have to be hands-on in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while advising and influencing the highest levels of the businesses you support.

- You are a problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to Bukukas's success.

- You should be insatiably curious and naturally enjoy asking what makes different businesses tick.

- You are candid and bold: able to thoughtfully push back when needed, and confident in what you know, without ever veering into the "brilliant jerk" territory.

- You are willing and able to adapt to an ever-evolving set of team and business needs.

- You are phenomenal at research, open to unlearning, and enthusiastic about learning.
