Lead/Specialist - Learning Journeys & Results Measurement - eLearning

As part of the Leadership & Management (L&M) Practice, the function will primarily manage the execution of all complex learning journeys; typically consisting of solutions from different practices such as Strategy Alignment, Leadership, Innovation, Coaching and digital solutions. In addition, this function will also be driving the data collection and results measurement processes for all the learning journeys. Both primary activities of the function are strategic drivers of growth for thecompany in Asia. Last but not the least, this function will also manage the relationship and resourcing of part time facilitators for global projects in Asia.

Responsibilities include

- Communicates effectively with the client and learning facilitators team to ensure delivery timeline of both online and offline learning activities are met.

- Leads the administration and facilitation of online learning activities; such as online forum discussion, self-paced learning activities and post-classroom session learning reflections.

- Communicates effectively with the participants to ensure active level of participation and timely submission of all online activities throughout the journey.

- Coordinates with learning facilitators team, client and printing vendor to ensure that materials for classroom sessions are prepared and delivered on time.

- Communicates and coordinates remotely onsite program logistics requirement with the client including set up and break down of meeting rooms and AV equipment; and scheduling of special events and client activities.

- Organizes periodical review sessions between account managers, learning facilitators team and client.

- Lead all data collection and consolidation for learning impact measurement and review, including setting up online systems, engages participants to increase submission rates and generates reports for review meetings.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for client reviews and submissions.

- Manage the contracts and relationships with part time learning facilitators for the global projects in Asia.

- Manage the resourcing of global projects which are delivered in Asia.

- Work collaboratively with team members across the firm's business practices and regions.

- Maintain a positive and professional image for efficiency, and effectiveness and collaborate openly and effectively with all key internal stakeholders.

Candidates must show

- Lead: 6 to 8 years of experience in managing large scale and/ or complex learning programs that encompasses use of digital learning platforms. The Lead will also play an advisory role to the different practices in setting up best-in-class learning impact and results measurement processes.

- Specialist: 3 to 5 years of experience in managing large scale and/ or complex learning programs that encompasses use of digital learning platforms.

- Prior experience or knowledge of virtual learning or learning technologies will be looked upon favorably.

- Prior hands-on experience or working knowledge of learning impact measurement and reporting will also be an advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work remotely with colleagues and clients.

- Fluency in English is required. Ability to speak Bahasa and/ or Mandarin fluently will be an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage ambiguous situations.

- Alignment with thefirm's values, including client centricity and an accountability mindset.

- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, ideally in Asia
