Lead - Sourcing & Procurement - Pharma (4-10 yrs)
- Global category strategy creation , Procurement Cost Reduction and Strategy execution
- Cost Reduction focused on Total Cost of Ownership and Contracting Excellence
- Supplier Relationship Support
- Play a central role in as a procurement representative in cross-functional supplier relationship management team including team members from technical, quality-assurance, supply chain and other functions.
- Lead and drive 'Low Cost Country' sourcing initiatives within region, involving global and regional stakeholders and preparing sourcing recommendations.
- Maintain a very positive relationships with the suppliers/ business partners and internal stakeholders.
- B.E. / B. Tech or Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals
- Full time MBA , preferably from leading institute in Operations / Sourcing / Materials Management / Supply Chain Management
5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Procurement and category management
Operational Excellence / Six Sigma (yellow or green belt) preferred.
