Lead - Solutioning & Presales - Radio Services - Telecom

Our client is a telecom world leader and over the last 22 years, they have been an integral part of India's remarkable progress in technology and connectivity. India's largest international telecom infrastructure manufacturer, the first to manufacture 3G and LTE products and 5G ready base stations from their Chennai factory. Over 50% of their production is shipped across 27 different countries. We are seeking to identify a Services Solutioning Lead for their global sales support centre in NOIDA.

The purpose of the role is to optimize cost and maximize effectiveness and efficiency in winning new customer contracts. Professional tendering is required to ensure cost-effective solutions, performing risk analysis, consolidating & managing service deliverables from different business and service units.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- E2E services solutioning and costing in Radio domain.

- Assigning services team based on RFQ requirement and capability of the resources

- Defining optimized E2E Services Solution and costing (high level scope, target cost, strategy)

- Support sales team to create win strategy and pricing recommendations for Sales opportunities

- Responsible for Services scoping & costing including BOQ consolidation, SoC, Service Summaries, Service Solution Descriptions, etc as per RFQ requirement

- Consolidate service offer scope, cost, solution sign off. Provide details in customer format, service related risks, assumptions & mitigation plan

- Challenge the services solution and optimization of the offered services solution

- Responsible to create region specific cost benchmark data for review purposes.

Your Profile:-

An Electronics/Telecommunication engineer with 10-15 years of experience, the majority of which should be in Radio domain.

- -Strong Network Implementation (Deployment) and/or Maintenance services

- Hands-on experience of all aspects of services solutioning

- Advanced level MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Customer Business understanding

- Project Management (Global project experienced preferred)

- Sales Negotiation (Global experience preferred) and presentations

- PMP will be an added advantage
