Solution Sales lead - US based (IT Managed Services Client)
We are looking for a dynamic to join as the Solution Sales Lead and become part of the largest IT Managed Services client serving the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and deliver comprehensive customer insights to better understand opportunities to improve the customer experience across all domains ranging from commerce, ordering, billing, network and intelligence.
- Drive platform roadmap and pitch/sell the roadmap to senior internal and external stakeholders (CXO level)
- Exceptional communication skills to sell technology and business stories.
- Ability to talk business and technology with equal proficiency.
- Lead technology conversations with a room full of product and architecture people and stand out by putting forth a compelling and convincing pitch.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive cross-organizational initiatives.
- You will recruit, hire, on-board, train, coach, retain, lead, and motivate the solution Sales team.
- You will achieve Business Objectives based on the division sales strategy, set business objectives and sales targets, and allocate resources to ensure success.
- 10 years '+of extensive experience in the Telecommunications Industry.
- Expertise in Telecom BSS (Commerce, Ordering, Billing, Charging, Customer Care, Telecom Retail, Network Provisioning, CRM, API and Data strategy) and familiarity with Telecom OSS platforms.
- Experience working in a high impact, high visibility environment representing the company in front of the customer and multiple other industry leading vendor partners.
- Experience in industry leading telecom BSS/OSS products for the US markets
- Specialist in solution architecture/product management/presales and solution engineering
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Phenomenal Experience in communicating/ presenting at the executive level and Presale/sales engineering
- You will lead the technical sales process to align solutions with the customer's requirements. Ensures alignment between client requirements and product roadmap.
