Lead - Software Development - Loan Management System - NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain the front end of our core loan management system and the overall lending modules.

- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure a seamless user experience.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, efficiency, and scalability, based on business requirements

- Implement responsive design to ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.

- Collaborate with Product & Business teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Translate business requirements & objectives into technical applications & solutions

- Provide innovative solutions to complex business problems

- Plan, develop, and implement large-scale projects from conception to completion

- Lead and mentor junior developers in best practices and cutting-edge technologies.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on building complex web applications.

- Proficient in React.js, vue.js, node.js and other modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.

- Experience with HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies.

- Strong understanding of web performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility issues.

- Experience in building loan management systems or similar financial applications is a plus.

- Experience with ERPNext & Frappe frameworks is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
