Minimum 5 international projects should be handled in similar domain, it mandatory.

Lead Social & Resettlement Specialist

He/she shall be a highly experienced with at least a Master's degree in Social Science with minimum 15 (fifteen) years of professional experience.

ln addition, he/she requires to have experience as team member in similar, relevant project during study of Environment lmpact Assessment (ElA), Social lmpact Assessment (SlA), Disaster lmpact Assessment (DlA) studies of the large (SC/USC) coal power prolect, experience of conducting Key lndividual lnformants (Kll), Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) and Project Complaint Mechanism (PCM), socio -economic assessment, monitoring and management of resettled inhabitants.
