Brief Overview about the Job Role:
- This person will be responsible for devising content strategy, developing brand awareness, building relationship with readers, generating the right inbound traffic and driving engagement
- This person must have a command of each network and their best practices - Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, Google+ and Social Media measurement tools
- Driving efficiency and hold ownership of ROI for social media marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a rich engagement calendar that attracts a qualified audience to the ABP Group properties.
- Managing the health track across social platforms- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Developing and launching high decibel social campaigns to increase engagement with the TG on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.
- Manage the Social ad targeting and ROI strategy
- Identifying the business potential of Social Media and be responsible for building social media analytics reports, to measure the overall effectiveness of the strategies
- Work in tandem with the Sales and Editorial teams to ensure consistency and superior quality of communication and deliver impact for various campaigns & social only activations

Minimum Experience required:
- Strong consumer marketing experience in social/digital media
- Ability to think BIG, push for creative innovations and take high risks with marketing plans.
- Deep consumer orientation and ability to convert consumer speak to - business relevant actionable insights- .
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Strategic and intuitive thinking
