Urgent opening for Lead social media at Financial services company
Roles:
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs month on month
- Develop the right voice for each social media platform
- Manage and oversee day to day social media content /creative communications
- Create, curate and manage any and all published content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools for analysis
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives & compile results (week on week)
- Develop community outreach, including influencer efforts
- Manage budgets and run ads for all social channels
Desired Profile:
- 8-10 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Telegram,
- YouTube and other social media best practices
- Proven ability to build social media communities.
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Understanding social audiences
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Degree in marketing or similar field
