Lead Social Media
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assisting Group CMO in creating the social media strategy for the group to:
- Increase Brand awareness.
- Improve Employer Brand image.
- Increase Esteem for the brand.
- Work with creative agencies to generate engaging content and campaigns for social media.
- Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
- Track effectiveness of social media campaigns and loop back learnings future campaigns.
- Stay abreast with competition posts/campaigns and new trends in social media.
- Share MIS /dashboards and insights with key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Guide and develop frameworks for social media usage across group companies.
- Spot opportunities for cross-leverage of content developed by the group companies.
- Developing a framework for using content around the philanthropic activities of the group.
B. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- 10 years +of experience in Marketing and/or social media and minimum 5 years working on the client side.
- Preferably from the Conglomerate, or service industry, No FMCG recent experience.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Interest in social media should be a passion and not work.
