Lead - SME - Healthcare Analytics

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics or other related field preferred.

Job details :

- Experience working in a health insurance environment especially within a wellness and care management organization is preferred

- Ability to lead in the research, analysis, identification and evaluation of data from assigned problems to evaluate existing and potential trends and issues.

- Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, verbal and written skills to communicate complex ideas.

- Excellent knowledge and use of existing software packages (Access, PowerPoint, Excel- knowledgeable in using VBA within Excel and familiar with formulas and links, Word etc)

- Strong working knowledge of database languages such as SAS, SQL, SQL in different environments (SQL in Toad, SQL in Microsoft products, SQL Developer) and reporting tools such as Cognos or other BI tools

- Knowledge of DTS packages a plus

- Knowledgeable in developing procedures, creating tables and views, familiar with functions.

- Develop lines of communication to discuss/review results of analysis to management via reports/presentations and assist management in implementing programs that provide solutions.

- Investigate, review, recommend, communicate and implement solutions which identify problems/root cause of issues.

- Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
