- Collaborating with multiple cross functional and Market Unit stakeholders utilizing consultative mindset
- Ensuring a cohesive workstream and assessing cross functional impacts of software R&O
- Implementation inclusive of new country initiatives, Change Management, Change Network, Training, Solution Owners/Functional Leads, V&A and more.
- Managing complexity while also thinking about the most effective, yet simplest and pragmatic approach to Software Recruiting solution.
