Principal Responsibility :

- Manage end to end recruitment's from sourcing of candidates

- Strategizing hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that Business Demands are met

- Interact with stakeholders to discuss requirements, prepare JDs & device the action plan

- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications, preparing and maintaining the job description repository

- Manage the Manpower planning and budgeting for the region

- Screening application forms and short listing applicants

- Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews and various group activities

- Ensuring on boarding of manpower in line with the launch plans

- Succession planning for Leadership, managerial and critical positions

- Designing and launching the Internal Job posting process. Managing internal job transfers

- Responsible for the identification and management of vendors that supplement recruitment needs

- Keeping recruitment costs in control and developing alternate sourcing channels

- Oversee and manage the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, interview, offer release to On boarding

- Create active pipeline for critical positions by researching and contacting, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites

- Explore innovative methods to leverage various sourcing channels in order to achieve the recruitment target

- Execute the sourcing plan by interacting with stakeholders

- Collaborating with vendor partners for managing the recruitment initiatives, managing the existing relationships efficiently, articulating the current requirements in order to enhance sourcing effectiveness and ensuring success of the recruitment initiatives

- Responsible for proper utilization of sourcing channels (employee referrals, campus, naukri, linkedin, vendors)

- Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders. Maintaining record for total number of joiners/offers in market, hiring status, break-up between tools used

Qualifications And Work Experience :

- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience

- Strong Talent Acquisition experience

- Bachelor's / Master's Degree Human Resource Management
