A leading global professional services company, providing broad range of solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations is seeking candidates for the said position. Key responsibilities: 1. Put in place and manage a robust compliance process with a cross functional working group to implement and drive specific statutory compliance requirements with clear roles and responsibilities of the team members, stakeholders and any other people involved, including up-to-date process documentation, process flows, approval and escalation matrix. 2. Participate and/or Chair the Compliance Committee and present the views on behalf of the compliance team actionable and support/help needed from leadership/stakeholders for smooth resolution. 3. Monitors compliance, Track, Report and maintain Compliance Dashboard. 4. Ensure all compliance matters and the identified findings/actions are tracked to closure and reported to leadership. And any pending or delayed actions are pro-actively notified to the requisite parties to mitigate any exposure to Accenture in any form. 5. Performs regular self-audits on the processes to ensure vitality of compliance is maintained. 6. Coordinates all efforts to ensure that the process owners are complying with their responsibilities and deliverables. 7. Coordinates with Legal Department regarding necessary updates to the Compliance Manual considering developments in the law. Required competencies: 1. Experience in managing HR, Legal, Finance compliance role or process for more than 2 years in a large firm 2. Experience in handling labour laws, issue resolution in compliance matters, in-house legal, external legal and/or auditing role 3. Experience in collaborating with a cross-functional set of stakeholders such as legal, HR, project teams, clients, vendors, consultants, procurement and senior leadership 4. Maturity to deal with ambiguities, sudden requirements, flexibility to quickly turn around things and help create a controlled environment. 5. High disposition of maintaining confidential data, handling sensitive matters 6. Management skills to ensure a smooth process delivery, escalation management Reporting To: Associate Director
