- Budgeting and estimating of various activities

- Overall understanding of industrial / logistic parks projects

- Should come from the leasing side

- Knowledge in quantity surveying

- Preferably from contractors and or consulting organizations

- Good knowledge of various standards like Indian British and US

- Specifications and budget costing of various components and installations
