Few important pointers for shortlisting will be as follows :-

- PGDM/MBA - from premier B school background only

- Self-starter who likes taking on new challenges

- Should have very good communication and persuasion skills

- AGENCY + CLIENT exposure

- Exposure to a high level of service standards.

- Anyone drawing a current CTC of less than INR 9 LPA "may" not be considered.

- Willing to relocate/based out of Hyderabad.

Function: Marketing

Direct Reporting to: Marketing Head

Minimum Qualifications : MBA from top 25 institutes

Specific experience : Agency + Corporate experience

Team Handling: Yes

Preferred Company : Asian Paints, Somany, Pepperfry, Nerolac etc.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :

- Measurable Deliverable

- Collateral delivery on time

- Agency/Vendor negotiations / ROI

- Increasing the creative quotient of the brand

- Sales support / Store walk ins / Website visits

- Presentation quality

- Institution/Corporates/B2B

- Agencies/Corporate/Clients

JOB PURPOSE:

Take care of all the ATL functions of the brand. Coordinate with the agencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Indicative Only) :

- Brand guideline cohesiveness across all touch-points: Digital/Retail/Communications/Website

- Handling / Negotiating with the creative agencies on timelines, costs, resources

- Making review presentations to the team/manager

- Marketing Communications collaterals like, Catalogs, Flyers, Print/TVC/Outdoor etc

- Increasing the brand understanding quotient of the organization
