Lead/Senior Lead - Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Leadership Teams, Hiring Managers, HR Head, and global TA teams to understand resourcing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Set resourcing strategies for each role, leveraging employee referrals, advertising, industry publications, job boards, etc.
- Proactively source, screen, and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
- Manage candidates through the interview process and guide them through to offer acceptance.
Skills Required:
- Bring extensive experience in talent acquisition, preferably from the large recruiting firm as we are looking for head hunters who can source passive and right candidates
- Possess proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases.
