Lead /Sr Buyer Footwear

Major categories in footwear i.e. men- s, ladies & kids. Also taking care of proper procurement of footwear

- Merchandise assortment planning grouping the merchandise mix at different levels from a high-level grouping to the lowest level of the stock-keeping unit. Keeping Import and Private level contribution as per company growth plan.

- Preparation of buying plans forecasting the sale of a season and based on that deriving the open to buy (quantity and value) for the same.

- Replenishment's giving the replenishment on a regular basis to avoid any lost opportunity

- Coordinating with marketing to advertise the right product/price at right region.

- Periodical inspection of supplier's performance in terms of sale, margins and deliveries.
