Lead - Security Operations Centre - IT

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- SOC Manager is responsible for design and development of SOC offerings to customers Globally.

- Responsible for multiple SOC centers and customers.

- Provide management and technical leaderships to the teams in delivering agreed SLAs and meeting promised deliverables.

- Also responsible for new proposals and business development discussions with prospective customers.

- Provide true leadership to the teams both technical and non- technical manners. One should very positive attitude and should be able to adopt the existing culture with ease and firm believer of success through enablement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelors or master's degree. Prefers CISSP or equivalent certification

PREFERRED SKILLS :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in managing SOC operations.

- 2 to 3 years of experience in handling Security Analysis role

- 2 to 3 years of experience with Security Orchestration, Managed operations for Cyber Security

- 3 to 4 years of experience working with one or more SIEM platforms

- In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc.

- Deep technical knowledge Security analysis, vulnerability management, Security Incident handling and Threat Intelligence. Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders

- Good Analytical skills, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills

- Perform threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring

- Responsible for integration of standard and non-standard logs in SIEM

- Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations and presentation to Sr. Mgmt.

- Co-ordination with stakeholders, build and maintain positive working relationships with them
