Lead Security Architect - SAP S4 Technology - GRC & Access Control

Responsibilities for this Role Include :

- Define and deliver best-in-class enterprise SAP security and access management configurations

- Lead configuration, documentation, testing, and delivery of SAP access controls including user administration, with intelligent automation (Scope includes work among SAP and non-SAP Systems and Applications)

- Design access control solutions and security frameworks at an enterprise scale and standards, supporting SAP business processes in alignment with K-C's vision

- Implement S4/Hana Security by integrating SAP GRC solutions (Access Control / Process Control)

- Manage the end-to-end operation of enterprise SAP GRC solution with a focus on SAP GRC Access Control components

- Define and automate tracking of access control KPIs to monitor the quality and efficiency of security operations

- Work in conjunction with internal controls team to identify, report and manage both internal and external compliance at an enterprise scale

- Create functional specification documents that require the development of WRICEF (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversion Enhancement and Form) objects

- Responsible for solving complex business problems by creating IT solutions in consultation with business partners, architects, and other stakeholders

- Operate in close partnership with the IT and business communities, subject matter experts, external consultants, cross-functional teams, add-ons, etc.

- Prepare operational readiness and production cutover efforts with HyperCare

- Advise business partners on the implications of standard or new SAP solutions that can be applied to a problem.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in SAP Security & GRC access control solutions

- 8+ years of IT experience - in End-user industry or IT consulting or Systems Integrators or IT Product

- 5 years of experience working on SAP access control/security at an enterprise scale

- A degree in Engineering from an institution or chartered accountancy Or Postgraduate diploma/MBA with specialization in Finance and/or IT from an institution

- Strong hands-on experience in designing and building automated SAP security architecture and frameworks

- Prior experience in deploying SAP GRC solutions (10.x) and helping expand and optimize usage

- Subject matter expert on SAP access controls with an ability to identify and explain in non-technical language, smart security options to senior leadership

- Experience architecting large (international) SAP access controls or implementations and build innovative solutions on-premise and on cloud infrastructure

- Adept in SAP business processes with prior experience in managing OS/DB migration projects

- Knowledge of configuration, testing, and implementation of S/4 HANA with SAP Cloud, and/or Embedded Analytics with Fiori, BW for HANA

- SAP configuration experience with considerations for Enterprise Master Data structures, Sales Order Types, Item Categories, Listing & Exclusions would be preferred

- Participated in full-cycle global SAP implementations, with a focus on analytics led business transformation

- Experience in IT capabilities for other functional areas e.g. Supply Chain/ Logistics, Order-to-Cash, Procurement will be desirable

- SAP S/4 HANA global implementation experience or equivalent next-generation business transformation implementation

- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and be a constructive challenger

- Training & certification in SAP functional modules

- Training & certification in security - CISA, SAP Certified Technology Professional (System Security with SAP NetWeaver)
