Lead - Security
Job Description :
- Develop policies, processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on principles of Process and Operations Excellence; Ensure implementation of the same within the organization
- Design operations and procedures based on Operational Excellence techniques including Continuous Improvement Management System (CIMS), Six Sigma, Total Process Control (TPC) across the organization for improving the operational efficiency
- Develop frameworks for identification of areas of improvement in business processes; develop improvement initiatives for improvement areas identified through continuous implementation of the process improvement framework
- Understand the overall strategic intent for the function and assist in Security Planning and roadmap preparation
- Provide inputs pertaining to process excellence, to be built into the Group strategy
- Provide inputs for the design of security policies and processes for all sites for accomplishment of security goals and objectives
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in for the designed process improvement strategic plans
- Participate in budget planning and review meeting, partner meetings and other governance council meetings as per the governance protocols
