Responsibilities:

- Demand forecasting, Planning Supply & demand, distribution planning, inventory management considering various data points

- Should be able to analyse large sets of disconnected data applying statistical techniques like regression, correlation, etc from a supply chain standpoint

- Design, build & implement the distribution network of the organization considering various models using statistical tools & techniques Logistics route planning, optimization models to reduce TAT & Cost

- Create meaningful data analytical reports/dashboards

- Provide insights into reports, communicate internally to executives on inventory levels, order plans, stock out risks, safety stocks schedules, project progress, etc

- Undertake SCM related strategic projects, be a part of all such projects in ideation, implementation & lead them end-to-end in alignment with business goals

Skills and Qualifications:

- 8 - 10 years of experience in SCM.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in operations/SCM/Industrial engineering or MBA in SCM

- Hands-on experience in Data analytics tools & techniques, SCM process, WH & Logistics knowledge

- Coordination with Central team to get inputs & design forecasting model of various SKUs using SPSS, Minitab, Excel calculator, etc

- Brief exposure to Operations research optimization techniques like linear programming & optimization

- Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business needs

Good to have:

- Experience or a keen interest in the education sector or social impact
