Talent Acquisition:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Compile lists of most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
HR Business Partner:
- Build positive employee experience for corporate functions
- Proactively drive on time in full people processes
- Responsible for retention and engagement for the team
- Ensure adherence to manpower budget and ensure
- Influence stakeholders across level
Skills/Experience:
- The ideal candidate is from a reputed institution with 1 to 2 years of Talent Acquisition & HRBP work experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, technical skills, attention to detail and a strong customer focus.
- Self-driven individual that connects quickly with individuals and audiences in order to build rapport.
- Proficiency in working with data and generating insights (Excel, statistics) through multiple tools like MS-Excel, Databases, LMS, HRMS, ERP etc.
- Proficiency in presenting concepts, ideas through power-point, emails and narrative documents
- Conceptual strength on Learning & Development with awareness of contemporary methodologies.
