We are looking for instructional designers who want to continuously innovate in creating high quality training material for all our stakeholders. Responsibilities 1. Working closely with schools, academic excellence managers and curriculum team to understand the training requirements of the schools. 2. Designing high quality training modules that further enhance/build on the curriculum for teachers, co-ordinators and principals. 3. Working closely with other senior managers and director to understand the training requirements of the team. 4. Designing high quality training modules for the excellence team. 5. Innovate in instructional design and create both print and online material. 6. Create storyboards for video and other multimedia content. Skills & Qualifications: 1. 4-5 years of experience in designing curriculum and teacher training material. 2. Hands on Experience of training teachers and supporting their learning. 3. Expert in adult learning pedagogies. 4. Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams. 5. Experience in designing MOOC's preferred.
