Purpose of the Job : The Manager L&D plays a critical role in helping us achieve the mission. Principal Accountabilities : - Ensure smooth on-boarding and induction of new joiners in the Sales and Account Management teams. - Conduct functional and behavioral training needs analysis via various methods - Create training content by using best practices and frameworks - Manage the admin access to the LMS - content & user management - Design creatives for training invites, incentive plans and team engagement initiatives - Lead the MIS and reporting for the L&D team - Conduct rigorous follow-ups and effectiveness checks of the training programs - Be proactive in taking up new initiatives in areas of team engagement, retention, talent management and productivity analytics. Must : - Minimum 4 years of experience in Training, Talent Management. - MBA - HR or equivalent - Ed-tech industry preferred - Relevant experience in training and development is mandatory Should : - Possesses honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and team skills. - Strong problem solving & communication abilities; is organized and efficient. - Open to taking up new assignments as per Organization's needs. Competencies : - Learning Management Systems - PowerPoints, Spreadsheets - Canva or other design tools
