Title: Growth Program Lead (Enabling Digital Presence for Schools) LEAD school is an academic excellence system that delivers excellent curriculum via a simple technology based delivery model. We partner with Affordable Private Schools across the country and empower them with an innovative curriculum solution developed after years of research and analysis of successful school systems around the world. Our mission is to empower India by making excellent education, affordable and accessible and affordable to every child. Digital enablement team is responsible for developing products and services which enables schools to establish their 100% complete digital presence. A key work stream in this endeavour is to empower LEAD Powered schools to establish and maintain their own online presence, so that relevant audiences (parents and students) can find and reach them. To give a little context, the other work streams cater to building a destination for discovery of LEAD powered schools for parents via a portal and solving for end to end admission fulfillment for them. As a Growth Program Lead, you will be in charge of: a) Building a high performance team aligned to the growth mission (i.e.: build people) b) Ensuring smooth and efficient execution (i.e.: define process) c) Working with product teams to enhance and develop relevant features ( i.e.:leverage platforms) Key Responsibilities: Broadly, the work will involve you to think through and manage the below pillars (and teams) of planning and execution: Social and Organic Presence : - Work with agencies / partners to manage Google / FB / YT (or similar) listing at scale (initially might be brute force, till working via products to automate it) - Integrate with existing systems and guidelines so that source / master data is consistent across all touch points - Conduct regular training for schools so that they are capable of managing their own digital presence effectively - Own all aspects for TATs for go-live and accuracy of listing School Listing Page: - Own all aspects of a great listing page for each LEAD Powered School (similar to product listing pages in OTAs, ecomm etc.) and monitor all associated analytics - Integrate with existing systems and guidelines so that source / master data is consistent across all touch points - Own all user metrics onboarding of schools, TATs, insights on key features relevant to improve listings On-boarding School content: - Setup process to onboard school for all forms of cataloging for above kind of listings - Handle change management of information for schools, activate/ deactivate schools, and thinking through product and process for the same - Own all aspects of metrics like TAT for new schools, data updation, data-accuracy cadences etc. Product and program management: - Work with product teams to present data insights to drive product enhancements - Develop program level reporting health-of-business, adoptions and churn for the organization - Identify bottlenecks in adoption, data governance and find ways to improve them Key Requirements: - 5-7 years of program and operations management experience in the marketplace driven digital space (OTAs, ecomm, real estate, food-tech etc.) - Strong experience in defining a process and using right tools and platforms to drive excellence - Ability to work cross functional, esp with product teams in defining and building feature that matter to all stakeholders - Data-first approach, first-principles problem solving and knowledge of how to use get different tools talk to each other( e.g.: using APIs, Zapier etc. or manage via plain old excel imports :) ) - Build a high performance output driven team and have the ability to work with partners and temp resources as the need may be - High bias for action and experience of working in a fast paced / startup environment
