Urgent Job Opportunity for SAP-IT, Lead - Successfactors, Leading Construction Company, Mumbai

Experience: 15-20 yrs

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Working with the SuccessFactors implementation methodology and project planning

- Gather master data requirements and strategies to support the transition of HR data into Success Factors.

- HR IT AOP

- Developing, Testing & Preparing for Go Live and Post Go Live Support

- Delivery Management, Delivery Excellence. Exposure to delivery models and project management

- People Management - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for a smooth implementation

- Manage the day-to-day activities of cross-functional project teams and ensures the adherence to the project plan

- Work to control change, timeline, and project scope to accommodate approved changes

- Training to administrators and end users on the usage of the product

Key Accountabilities (KRA):

- Knowledge of features and configuration of Successfactors.

- Working knowledge of Human Resources business processes would be helpful.

- Must be able to enforce deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
