Lead - SAP FICO

Age criteria: 45 max

JOB PURPOSE:

The said position is that of a SAP FI/CO Lead. The individual will be expected to liaise with the internal business teams, Advisory Partners and external implementation partners, to facilitate the implementation and support of FI/CO. The core of the Role is Involvement in stabilizing the recently implemented SAP HANA. The other key roles are to provide support to users, work with the leadership and be a single point of contact for SAP FI & CO queries and activities.

The detailed requirement is as below:

1. Be the SAP FI & CO lead fully focused on providing business solutions to the requirements raised

2. Be the SPOC for all FI & CO related activities for internal as well as external agencies like SAP support Partner and other integration partners

3. Be the Point of contact for all complex user queries and provide appropriate resolutions for the same

4. Take initiative to apprise both technology and financial leadership and management about how SAP HANA could be leveraged in the business operational scenario of ACTION TESA

5. Drive Usability of Apps like FIORI so that a culture of analytics is created and fostered

6. To Develop and/or validate FS for FI & CO modules

7. To provide critical FI & CO support for smooth and timely month end closures from a financial & costing perspective

8. Manage the support engagement for FI & CO along with the SAP support partner

9. Undertaking training for FI & CO team users

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Key Accountabilities:

1. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

2. Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO

3. Assist in investigation, analyse, and solve software problems.

4. Document functional designs, test cases and results.

5. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

6. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

1. In-depth knowledge and experience in FI & CO Modules on SAP HANA environment

2. Performed FI testing (FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA, FI-GL, New Gl, CO-CCA., CO-PCA, CO-PA, CO-OCA). Experienced System configuration

3. Should have well developed skills in the areas of Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Counting & Profit Center Accounting to name a few.

4. Excellent analytical, quick learning and problem-solving skills with a desire to work in a team-oriented environment. A team player with excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Demonstrated ability to work both in independent and team-oriented environments with well-developed organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualifications and Skills Required:

- B.E. / B. Tech / MCA/MBA from recognized institution will be preferred

- SAP Certification will be an added advantage
