Lead - Salesforce Product - EdTech

Our client is India's fastest Higher-Edtech organization in India. They are a large Educational services organization offering a wide variety of education services and solutions to clients across India. They have tie ups with the most recognized institutes across the globe. They are looking to hire a Salesforce Product Lead for their organization.

The Salesforce Lead will be responsible for :

- Architect key business processes

- Ensure the right technical architecture of Salesforce is maintained

- Enable business to make the most of the CRM and allow them to increase results on the back of strong CRM, analytics, and reporting features

- Lead effective blueprinting workshops, performing fit / gap analysis, design, configuration, leading testing and cutover activities along with end-user training documentation

- Lead a team of business analyst(s), product manager(s) and liaise with development teams - internal and external - to deliver business value

- Own the business requirements, sprint delivery, and prioritizing the business needs

To qualify for this position, you must :

- 9+ years of experience in Technology

- 5+ years in Salesforce of which 2 years as a Lead

- Have good experience in Product Management / Leading

- Be able to influence, manage, and prioritize

- A good combination of technical, managerial, and business skills

- Good communication skills
